After graduating he became a Tae Kwon Do instructor and for the next ten years taught his art to many adults, children and families. He then helped establish and operate several Martial Arts schools in the area. Dave joined with his father's business in 1994.

He has been ranked in the top 10 Realtors in all Northern Virginia for five consecutive years, and has accumulated sales volume in the hundreds of millions. Dave is also a member of Long & Foster's Founder's Club and is the recipient of multiple Long & Foster Outstanding Service Awards.

Family: Born in Waterbury, Connecticut, Dave moved with his family to the Washington Metro area in 1980. His wife, Christy is a Reading Teacher Specialist K-6. Dave and Christy have a wonderful son Ross.
